Report Fraud

Report Fraud

Fraud costs the workers' compensation system millions of dollars each year. Employers, employees, insurance carriers and consumers pay the cost of fraud in lost jobs and profit, lower wages and benefits, and higher costs for services and premiums. To review some of the more common "red flags" of fraud take a look at our Red Flags of Fraud page.

If you're aware of someone who you think might be committing fraud and would like to do something about it, you can either call our Fraud Tip Line at 888-241-0150 or fill out the form below. You may remain anonymous if you like, but the more information you provide the more likelihood of some positive enforcement action will be undertaken. We won't give out your information without your permission. Thanks for your concern and help.
